Hurricane Sandy Brooklyn

Hurricane Sandy from the Brooklyn Promenade as the storm touches ground in New Jersey. Although there is police tape blocking the Promenade and it is officially closed, there are many spectators that came to view Sandy and the flooding and high winds.
